NYC0004 Humpback Whales off Sandy Hook in both Ambrose and Sandy Hook channels
4 Humpback whales and Pod of Dolphins today. We were following NYC0004 and its personality is to be everywhere you think it’s not. He is in the front, then back, then to the side, he then changes directions and is 6 feet from the front of the boat then he is 1000 feet in another direction. We did see many whale's blows, breaching and lunge feeding but they were off in the distance. I was trying out different settings and equipment today, photos are fair - I have shot better and way worse...they are ok
